I put the driver CD in, plugged the adaptor into the USB port, spent 2 minutes installing and it worked. No configuration or compatability problems. The only minor drawback is even though the adaptor is connected at 100Mbps if you only have a USB 1.0 port you won't get extreamly fast speeds. Nothing that she will worry about just browsing the web though. ...more

It works as advertised. - Simple and sturdy USB connector design (comparing to the common PCMCIA type which has very flimsy connector). - Very easy to install, but if you still use Window 98, you may need to have the original Win98 CD on hands to complete the installation - Inexpensive and its five years warranty means lifetime in the computer world. Just don't step on it I think it will outlast the computer. Highly recommended. ...more
