The software can be a bit tricky, what I had to do was download the drivers via windows update and just use the software that came on the cd with it. DO NOT download the newer software off of the razer site. This method worked for vista as well so no worries there. Also the side buttons are a bit small and close together so it can be frustrating to press the wrong one from time to time.
