Earlier versions did have some crash issues and did not fully support SVG (scalable vector graphics), except with exporting as an SVG, but the new 1.8.000 version really sets the mark. I have been unable to reproduce any crashes from earlier versions, and now the application fully supports SVG which means I can bring in any SVG created with Illustrator and edit each layer of the imported graphic fully; I can also now export as an SVG or PDF and it keeps the vector information in case I want to open and edit the exported ...more

Logo Design Studio Pro is still a young application and Macware is still working out some kinks, but have greatly improved many areas. The support for SVG (vector) graphics is nearly perfect and you can easily edit them to create new looks. Logo Design Studio Pro does have a bug that prohibits grouped objects from being resized, rotated or skewed; this can even lead to crashing at times. Macware is working to track this down and fix it, but this does not stop a user from ungrouping the objects and applying changes ...more

It's not hard but it's easy to mess up if you are NOT paying attention and have little experience with that sort of thing. If you are installing JUST SuSE on your computer then it works great. Sure I've had computers in which "oddball" hardware doesn't work on it. SuSE on the other hand should be considered bleeding edge on the hardware support side. They are into it all and do a great job. More bang for the buck with RedHat? What does that mean? ...more
